Over twelve years of rich experience in managing M&As, IPOs, and Capital raisings from PE and VC Funds in India, UK, and Europe. Worked on transactions worth over USD 125 billion so far.

Previously worked with Goldman Sachs, both as an Investment Banker (M&A) and a Private Equity Investor for over five years, and worked with companies across various sectors in the UK, Europe and India. With Goldman, worked on seven successful transactions – one private equity investment in India, three mergers in the UK/Europe, two sell-sides in the UK/Europe, and one IPO in the UK.
