An engineer and a post graduate in Management, Mr. Phatak is highly experienced in strategic development, start-up operations and running business functions.

He has expertise in sales, marketing, operations management, customer relations and has worked in IT, ITeS, Telecom, FMCG and Education companies.

He has authored 2 study books “B2B Markets & CRM” and “Advance CRM”. which are recommended as curriculum and reference books in many B-Schools across India.

He has earlier worked at senior positions in Philips Lighting, Pertech Computers Limited, PCS Technology Ltd., Siemens Information Systems Ltd. Crompton Greaves Ltd., Attest Testing Services Ltd. and Aptech

We have had enlightening and interactive sessions with our corporate mentor where we discussed current status of studies and the future prospects for each one of us. Our mentor helped us in understanding how things work in corporate sector and how we need to climb the ladder of success in our careers. We all had really intriguing discussions on the projects where we all can work with our mentor to achieve his organizational goals. This has helped to improve our skills in diversified areas and helps us in getting out of our comfort zones.
