“Mentoring program is a constructive and progressive initiative taken by NDIM. Our mentor during the Mentoring sessions was Mrs. Vinita Garg, HR Head in Shriram Pistons. She is a very hard working and clear visioned person. She shared her experiences with us and all steps that have taken her to this position. She guided us on how to mould ourselves to become the best in the industry. She shared a lot of instances which happened with her during her career and told us how she tackled them.
