We started our discussion by explaining the work done in our SIP and our major learning’s from it. We discovered that we were not clear about the learnings. So sir guided us the proper way and method to explain and express, whenever we talk about our SIP during interviews. We also discussed a lot about the type of placements we should go for and the profile. Sir guided us about some parameter on the basis of which we should select the companies like the profile and job role they are offering, learning opportunities and future growth. He also shared his experience when he was in his post-graduation college and how he dealt with the college pressure and placements. He shared that the starting pay package doesn’t matter and after the experience of two to three years, all came to the same level.
