Ms. Pritima Kaushal is the Director of Enablers India. She broadly calls herself a Management Trainer and a Consultant. She is an MBA (First class) and a Gold Medallist in BA (Hons) and holds an experience of 25 rich years. Before embarking a journey as an independent consultant, she has worked with some of the leading Corporates including Modi Xerox, Methodex Systems, and Tribal Co-operative and Marketing Federation (TRIFED).

As a Trainer, Pritima has conducted more than 300 training programmes and trained thousands of professionals. She is adept at Competency Mapping and running Assessment/ Development Centres using psychometric tools, situational games/ in-basket techniques and role-plays.

Apart from undertaking a number of In-company training and consultancy assignments, she also serves as a guest Faculty in various Management Institutes in New Delhi. She has conducted various workshop for teachers, principal, and students. She is also a soft skills trainer in Delhi University.
