Ajay Gupta is a global leader and was most recently the Country Head & President of Eli Global. His role included P&L responsibility for a portfolio of US based businesses and to provide country management to Eli’s captive operations in India. He is a member of an independent director’s club, a former Charter member of TiE Delhi and a former member of Vistage.com – a peer-to-peer network. His experience as a senior executive in both large and small to mid-size companies with financial, sales and general management, provides a basis for identifying problems and developing solutions. Having served as a C-Level executive and a board member of several companies, he has a very good understanding of how to add value to an organization.
