Mr. Saurabh Bansal is the Head Corporate HR at Ecom Express Private Limited. He had pursued Bachelors of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and is a post graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur in HR Specialization. In his previous stint, he has worked with Cairn Oil and Gas, where he has worked on Talent management, leadership development, capability building, employee engagement,independently led the Learning and Development vertical and HRBP for Production SBUs managing a total headcount of approx. 1200 employees across Operations, HSE, Projects, Finance and Procurement spread across 12 locations in partnership with plant HR. At his current role, he is helping the organization maximize productivity, build capabilities for future and create a culture high performance and growth. He is passionate about technology, branding, continuous learning and CrossFit.
