Viney Kaushik has extensive work experience in HR roles, starting in 1989 as a Group Leader – HR at Technip. He then worked at Samsung Engineering as the Chief General Manager – HR from 2006 to 2012, followed by a role as VP – HR at Samsung Engineering India from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as VP – HR at Triune Energy Services Pvt. Ltd. and later became the CHRO at Nuberg Engineering. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from MD University from 1980 to 1984. Later, in 1989-1990, he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in PM&IR from D.A.V College of Management Studies.
