Biography

Gaurav is working in a Product Manager role where the objective is to revolutionize the company’s hiring strategy, talent management process, retention, reskilling, and internal mobility policy through generative skills domain-AI. He enables employees and managers to use AI powered tools as co-pilots in the talent management process to achieve the organization’s goals.

 

Gaurav’s professional experience is in the areas like Talent Management, Talent Analytics, Internal Mobility Strategy, Future of Work/Gig economy, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, Innovations, IT Product Management, HR Strategy, Change Management, Start up acceleration, Organization Culture, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Program Management, Brand Management, Software Development, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Relationship Management, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing.

He has worked in the Telecommunications, Software/IT and Steel industry. He takes great pride in sharing that all his work experience (close to 10 years) is within the Tata group in companies such as TCS, Tata Steel, and Tata Communications. He has delivered guest lectures in MBA colleges on career development, resume building, continuous upskilling, and being future ready for the corporate world of work. Contributing to the student community gives him a sense of delight and fulfilment.

 

He is a PGDM graduate (Marketing and Strategy major) from Indian Institute of Management Indore (2017 batch) with strong extra-curricular experience in the Placement Cell as coordinator, in the HULT Prize Challenge as a campus director, and in the Corporate Relations Committee, CSR, live projects & many case study challenges.
