Management, MBA, PGDM, and UGC-NET. With a strong blend of six years of corporate experience and seven
years of teaching expertise, she brings invaluable insights to the field of HRM. Her outstanding accomplishments
also include conducting training sessions for Central Government Officers at VV Giri National Labour Institute. Dr.
Rashmi is a dynamic and dedicated educator, committed to fostering excellence in her students and contributing
