About Movies Club
Why should you join a movie club as opposed to simply making or watching your own movies? Students have access to all sorts of campus resources, including LCD projectors, state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Plus, it’s a fun way to learn new and useful skills for management students in a team.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make the NDIMians to learn in a fun way by means of documentaries (short movies) or movies that aims at inculcation of management skills.
Purpose of the Club
The main purpose of the Movies Club is to enhance the skill sets of students’ assessment and critical thinking power over documentaries/ short movies. This Club acts much as an actual class without the stress of homework, exams and grades. It is more of an entertainment enriched class followed by movie analysis and criticism. The learning is management oriented. The Movie Club will encourage students to develop a different perception regarding the movies.
The club has three major objectives:
- Cultural- Bringing interesting & unique movies to the college
- Educational- Each movie event summarizes with a brief presentation of what is notable about the movie.
- Social- Bringing people together to share experience
