With a keen interest in Supply Chain Risk and Resilience, she has contributed several papers to international journals, earning accolades like the Literati Award from Emerald publications. Before joining NDIM, Dr. Agarwal enriched the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Indian Institute of Public Administration with her expertise as a research officer.
