With more than three decades of experience in academia, he has handled non-academic responsibilities with various institutions as Head of the Department in PDM Engineering College of Women, In-charge Training & Placement in Faculty of Engineering & Technology. His corporate experience includes working with Auto Meter Company, Ashoka Machine Tools and New Allenberyy. In his academic span, he has  published research papers and has been awarded several times during his career.
