She has been working with NDIM since July 2017. Dr. Vidushi Sharma has a passion for teaching and research with over 22 years of  teaching at  A.I.I.M.S New Delhi, Northcap University, Gurugram, and M.R International University, Faridabad. She has published over 30 research papers on English  Literature, and Business Communication in leading National & International Journals and presented numerous research papers in prominent International Conferences of India and abroad. She is a life member of the Society for the Study of Multi-Ethnic Literature of the United States, India Chapter, and MELOW. Dr. Vidushi has been guiding Ph.D. research scholars of English and five students have been awarded Ph.D. under her guidance till now.
