She has been working with NDIM since August 2019. She has 16 years of rich experience in teaching, training and academic coordination. She has developed and conducted Training Module for “India Thermite Ltd, Kanpur” on “Know Thyself” as a part of an MDP Conducted on Personality Development, Coordinated and organized programs on “Stress Management” along with Stress Management Research Institute, Noida. Organized & Delivered Training sessions in a Management Development Program on Enhancing Managerial Effectiveness through Interpersonal Communications. Headed a 12-day Induction Training Programme for management students at Jamia Hamdard University. She is also a POSH trainer.
