Have been in the senior leadership of the HR team of this large organisation in formulating, People strategies to lend a sharper edge to Business dealings. Prior to HR I have worked on Business side, on commercial aspects of Vehicles and Spare parts sales.
Within HR it has been a complete end to end experience of 20 odd years. Starting with talent acquisition, on boarding, Learning and development, Compensation and benefits, HR policy formulations, Rewards management and partnering Employee Relations. Lending support to Employee relations across plants and creating proactive IR development strategies have helped to understand the concept of co-creating HR approach along with Business. I have also looked after Administration, Transportation, Bus services, canteen etc in the starting of the HR career.
