He is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, and talent assessor.
He is an Engineer, PGDBM with a PhD in Training with focus on evaluating the impact training has on business results. A member of NHRDN and Delhi Management Association, Maninder stays well connected with other professionals in the field. Maninder is often a guest lecturer at business schools and teaches using business simulation as a methodology. He has also co-authored a case titled ‘Viom Networks: Transformation and the Next Phase’, which was published in Ivy Publishing and listed in Harvard Business Publishing.
