Lakshika Joshi who was the global IP Lead at Capgemini India for nearly three years has now moved on to Harvard Business School Publishing as the global CLM and IP head, she has been hired to set up contract management programmes and Intellectual Property IP for Harvard Business worldwide. Joshi has around two decades of experience. With over two decades of diverse experience in the legal domain, Joshi has demonstrated her expertise across multiple sectors, from technology and content licensing to dispute resolution and IP strategy. Prior to Harvard Business, Joshi served as the Legal Leadership and Global IP Lead at Capgemini since March 2022. Her role at Capgemini was managing complex IP portfolios and navigating international legal landscapes.
