Sachin has over 17 years of experience in microfinance and digital finance in India, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. He has extensively provided technical inputs and training in the areas of strategic planning, financial products development, business process (re)engineering, market research, risk management, human resource management to more than 30 NBFC, MFI, and banks. In the past, he has successfully managed projects commissioned by UNDP, World Bank, IDFC Bank, TATA Trusts, GIZ, BIRD, Habitat for Humanity, Enclude, and others. In his early years, he was employed by reputed organizations such as BASIX, UNDP, MicroSave, IFMR, Arohan Financial Services.
