He has been responsible for end-to-end HR strategy and execution. He has worked with corporate giants such as Asian Paints Ltd, Oberoi Hotels, and PepsiCo India. As an HR professional, he has been responsible for integrating HR strategy into the business strategy and addressing the core aspects of the domain. He has played a critical role in building a strong employer brand and presenting the company effectively to all stakeholders. He is the elected President of NHRDN Delhi & NCR Chapter.
