Currently, she is leading the HR function in DB Schenker, a global Logistics & Supply chain company, for India & Indian Subcontinent. She came with strong HR domain knowledge and a proven track record of strategic-business partnering, culture-building and organizational transformation. She has worked in MNC, Indian public limited company and Indian public sector companies, spread across key sectors of Logistics & Supplychain, Professional Services, Healthcare Services, Home Appliances, Engineering and Manufacturing. Over the course of her career, she has taken up various roles in HR – as generalist HR, as BP HR, as HR specialist, in addition to a brief stint in Corporate Communications. Her strengths are in the field of HR Strategy, Stakeholder management, Culture Building, Leadership & Succession, DEI, Talent Management, OD, Change Management, Employee Communication, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility and Labor Compliances.
